To get to the villa you drive down a 100 m long private road. A couple of stairs take you down and into the small but private and inviting garden and to the front door. Entrance to the house is into a closed naya and into the centrally located living room. Leading off from the living room is the small but very usable kitchen with gas stove, cupboards and fridge leading to a pretty patio which enjoys wonderful views and sunshine most of the day.

There is a double bedroom fitted with a wood burner. There are two other rooms which can be used as required as an office/bedroom/storage, etc.Furthermore there is a shower room/WC/washing sink. A passageway is actually used as a study.

Externally there is an above ground pool and a small garden. There is also off street parking in the private road.
