This new house is located in the Pla Roig I Urbanization, one of the most modern urbanizations in Calpe and has public lighting, general sanitation network, water and electricity at the foot of the plot.
The new house is located less than 1 km from all services: supermarket area, the sports and schools area, the urban center and the beaches.
