Downstairs there is a spacious self contained flat with lounge, kitchenette, double bedroom and full en-suite bathroom. There is also a large single garage and storeroom that houses the pool pump (replaced 2 years ago).

Outside there are two additional quite private patios that are surrounded by landscaped gardens that have been well cared for and which allow for maximum use of the sun or the shade depending ont the time of year. The 5 x 2.5 pool is situated below the main patio and enjoys sunshine most of the day.
